Use the search bar at the top of the platform to search for the specific member and click on them to visit their profile page

Click on the “Memberships & Payments” tab and then click on the

button in the bottom-right corner of the page

Click on “New Purchase”

Click on the item to be renewed and then click next

You will then be guided through payment processing to complete the renewal process
