Search for a member in the search bar and then on their profile page under “Memberships & Payments”, find the membership you want to cancel
Next to the membership, click the
icon
In the new window that opens, click the section option
In the new section that appears, add in the amount of the refund
Click next and then on the new screen choose the added credit card to apply the refund
