Switch Credit Card

Before switching the client’s credit card, it’s important to understand whether it's a new credit card or an existing card in the system that has expired. This article will explain how to do that for both options.

To switch to a new credit card, follow these steps:

  1. Use the search bar to find the specific member. In their profile, under the “Membership & payments” tab, find the membership you’d like to edit.

  2. Click the green dollar icon next to the appropriate membership.

3. Click the icon to edit the details of the membership.

4. Click “Select payment method” and then click “New credit card”

5. Click save to finish and save the new credit card

To switch to an existing card in the system that has expired, follow these steps:

  1. Use the search bar to find the specific member. In their profile, under the “Profile” tab, find the membership you’d like to edit.

  2. Click the pencil icon at the Payment methods tab.

  3. Fill in the new expiration date.

  4. Click save to finish and save the new credit card.
