1. Use the search bar from any page of the platform to find a customer and open their page

  2. Click on the

    in the bottom right corner and choose “New Purchase”

  1. Choose the membership type that has been defined as a direct debit membership[a]

  2. Click next and then add in the customer’s credit card information

  3. Note: only one purchase can be made when purchasing a direct debit membership

  4. Note: a direct debit membership purchase can only be completed when issuing a receipt
