Search for a member and then in their member profile card, click on the “Profile” tab

Click on the

in the bottom right corner

Click on “Block Member”

In the new window, click “Yes, I’m sure” to approve restricting this member

Note: this action prevents the member from registering for any classes on the app or entering the club itself. This action will not remove the member from the app or from the list of active members
