1. Are you using the correct Google user account?
From time-to-time, we've all accidentally had the wrong Google user account selected. Don't sweat it! Just double-check that the correct account is selected.
Sometimes your Google user account access can be lost because it was changed or removed. So, let's double-check that you still have access!
Unfortunately, we currently do not support Firebase Analytics. We really, really want to. Until we can add support, we've written an article with workarounds for your team.
4. Are you using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?
While Google has released the beta of GA4, they have not publicly released the API to developers. We have access to the API beta and will release support as soon as the GA4 API is released.
