We want to be fair and transparent. Here’s when refunds or credit adjustments are possible.
Subscription refunds
You can request a refund if:
You subscribed by accident and haven’t used any credits, or
Your subscription renewed unintentionally and no credits were used in the current billing period
Please contact support as soon as possible after the charge.
When a refund is processed, the subscription is automatically cancelled and any unused credits are permanently forfeited.
Credit refunds
We may refund credits (not cash) for individual generations if there was:
A technical issue or glitch
A failed or broken generation
An unexpected result caused by a system issue
Credit refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What’s not refundable
Refunds or credit reimbursements are not available in the following cases:
Credits already used in the current billing cycle to generate images or videos that completed successfully
Creative or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. “I don’t like the result”, “It’s not what I imagined”)
Results that match the expected behavior of the feature, even if they don’t meet personal expectations
Subscriptions where any credits have been used during the current billing period
Failure to cancel a subscription after credits have already been consumed in the current billing period
