To update your login email, you’ll first need to invite the new email address to your workspace. To do so:
- Go to https://app.arcads.ai/dashboard/settings/members
- Put the email in the box, and click "invite"
- They'll show as "pending" unless they accept the invitation sent to them via email
- After they accepted the invite, the "pending" status will be removed. By default, any member of the workspace can be used to log in to the account.
If you’d like to make the new email the admin/owner, simply click the three-dot menu next to the user and select “Transfer ownership.”
Note:
- Only admins/owners have access to the Billing tab.
- They are also the ones with authority to add/remove members in the workspace.
- Transferring ownership will also update the billing details—future invoices will reflect the new "admin/owner" email as the “Billing To” recipient.
