Prerequisites
Before using the Arcads MCP, make sure you have:
An Arcads account — Sign up or sign in at https://app.arcads.ai.
An active subscription with remaining credits — Video generation consumes credits from your Arcads plan. You can check your plan, upgrade, or top up credits here: https://app.arcads.ai/dashboard/settings/billing.
If you don’t have an active subscription or you’ve run out of credits, generation requests will fail.
Setup
Claude Desktop
The Arcads MCP server is hosted at https://mcp.arcads.ai.
To connect it to Claude Desktop:
Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings → Connectors.
Click + (Add) → Add custom connector.
Fill in the connector details:
Name:
ArcadsURL:
https://mcp.arcads.ai
Save the connector.
Click on connect
Once connected, the Arcads tools will be available in your Claude conversations.
