GPT Image 2.5 comes in two variants. Both are the same price.

Use Flare for most work. Switch to Sunburst when you're doing multiple rounds of editing on the same image and need results to stay consistent across iterations.

Both variants offer 5 quality levels, from lowest to highest:

Note: GPT Image 2.5 Maximum is equivalent in output quality to GPT Image 2 High.
Background mode
Choose how the background is handled in your generated image:
Transparent — removes the background entirely (ideal for product cutouts)
Opaque — generates a solid, filled background
Auto — lets the model decide based on your prompt

Credit cost is based on your chosen aspect ratio and quality level, ranging from 8 to 44 credits per generation.
