1. Adult Content
a. No sexual services permitted
Including: promotion or sale of adult entertainment venues like host/hostess clubs and strip clubs.
Solicitation of escort services, prostitution, or erotic massages.
Sexual chats, images, or pornography.
Member-exclusive streaming of adult content via webcam (e.g., stripping, nude modeling, or masturbation).
b. No sexual products permitted
Including: promotion or sale of pornographic material, sex toys, and supplies like lubricants or fetish costumes.
Promotion or sale of products enhancing sexual performance, pleasure, or bodily appearance, such as drugs, medications, or devices like penis enlargement or breast enhancement products.
c. No sexual activity allowed
Including: depictions of any sexual acts like penetrative sex, non-penetrative sex, and oral sex.
Physical sexual arousal, including stimulation and responses to arousal.
Fetish and kink activities.
d. Sexually explicit content, text, and audio
Depictions of specific sexual acts like grinding, humping, or imitating sexual positions.
Text or audio directly describing sexual activity, body parts, or products.
e. Sexually suggestive content
Such as: overtly sexual kissing, suggestive text or audio, or flirtatious movements.
Emphasis on sensitive body parts or suggestive body positions.
f. Nudity and body exposure
Including: displaying nudity or excessive skin, or portraying sensitive body parts.
g. Dating and live chat
Including: promotion of dating apps or services encouraging transactional relationships or sexual encounters, including infidelity or international brides.
Engaging in relationships for compensation or material benefit, or promoting such arrangements
2. Illegal or Harmful Activities
Constituting or encouraging criminal offenses or dangerous activities resulting in serious harm or death.
Disseminating harmful false information inciting hatred, prejudice, or influencing civic processes.
Threats, intimidation, or harassment, including content intended to mock, humiliate, or embarrass others.
3. Hateful or Offensive Content
Content promoting violence or discrimination based on various factors like race, ethnicity, religion, gender, etc.
4. Content Harmful to Minors
Content causing physical, mental, or moral harm to minors.
5. Promotion of Prohibited Activity
Unlawfully circumventing technical or other access restrictions to infringe upon intellectual or other property rights
Identity theft or the stealing of any personal information, including through the use of malware, spyware, or any unauthorised or unlawful means of obtaining information
Document falsification, forgery, or counterfeiting
Making deceptive claims, omitting information on fees, charges, and tariffs, or proposing harmful business models
Unwarranted claims or misinformation, including pricing, discount, or promotion information inconsistency
Missing terms and conditions or privacy policy pages
6. Violation of Advertising Rules
Misleading or deceptive advertising.
Cloning or modifying the image or voice of creators (e.g., deepfake).
Using the video as input data for software altering image, voice, or speech.
7. Political Content
No promotion of political campaigns or candidates
Including: endorsement, promotion, or advertisement of political candidates, parties, or campaign materials.
No discussion or debate on political topics
Including: public discussions, debates, or opinions on political subjects, ideologies, or policies.
No election-related activities
Including: content promoting or discussing election processes, results, or voter information.
No politically charged imagery or symbolism
Including: use of political symbols, logos, or imagery related to political movements or events.
No political fundraising or solicitation
Including: fundraising efforts or donation solicitations for political campaigns or causes.
No false information or propaganda
Including: dissemination of false information intended to influence political opinions or election outcomes.
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in termination of services, loss of rights, legal actions, reputation damage, and potential loss of access to data.
