Benefits of the Microsoft Teams Integration
Notifications: Users will receive notifications about upcoming bookings. Your teams app will now display messages from the Archie bot containing reminders about your upcoming bookings
Direct Booking: The integration allows users to make bookings directly from Teams. You can load Archie's information directly from teams, from the teams app you will be able to see the floor plan and book a room without opening the Archie platform.
Quick Search: Finding teammates, inventory, and existing bookings directly from Teams. You can open the Archie app directly from Teams and find the status of the team, just like you are logged in directly to Archie
Simplified Management: The integration is designed to simplify booking management. The idea is to have all Archie features in one place, this will allow you to save time and focus on your work.
Integrate Teams with Archie:
Login into your Archie portal
Navigate to "Settings/Integrations/App marketplace"
Locate the Teams app and click View integration
Click "Connect Teams account"
Proceed to add your Microsoft teams account information
You will be taken back to Archie
