Setting up the Outlook Add-in

Step 1. Integrating Your Microsoft 365 Account

  • The first step is to integrate your Microsoft account. For more details, refer to this article.

  • Make sure that you integrate an account with the necessary permissions to access calendars.

Step 2. Linking Calendars to the Room

  • Navigate to the "Settings/Inventory/Workspace" section

  • Click on the three dots for each inventory that you would like to associate to the calendar, and click Edit

  • Go to the Integrations tab

  • Locate the "Calendar sync" section and search for the calendar (resource) that you would like to associate to this inventory

    • Please note that the search is case-sensitive.

  • Click Save & continue

  • Click Finish

Step 3: Installing the Outlook Add-in and Sign In

  • Install the Archie add-in for Outlook.

Step 4. Testing the plugin

  • Log into your Outlook account and create an event.

  • You will see the room(s) set in Step 2 in the panel.

  • Select the desired room and send the event
