In this article, we’ll walk you through the Analytics and Reports section, where you can review valuable insights about your workspace. This section helps you track key metrics, understand trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Step 1. Reviewing the site performances
To access your site performances, navigate to the "Reporting and Analytics" section on the main page and select the "Analytics" option.
Click the section that you would like to review, the sections available are:
Conference rooms
Desks
Office Activity
If you have more than one location, select it from the location dropdown list
Set the filters desired for each section
Review the data displayed
Step 2. Downloading a report
To access the reports section, navigate to the "Reporting and Analytics" section on the main page and select the "Reports" option.
Locate the report that you want to download, the sections available are:
Accounts
Bookings
Presence logs (available if you have the visitors module)
Click the Generate button
Set the Date range and Entity (Only applies to the bookings report)
Select if you want the report to have all columns or if you want to specify the columns that you would like to export
Click Confirm
Review the CSV file downloaded
