Configuring your Visitors app

Depending on your membership, you may have access to the Visitors App, a powerful tool for managing guest check-ins at your workspace.

This app must be set up on a dedicated device within your site, allowing visitors to check in using various options, such as pre-registration, QR codes, or manual entry. Designed to streamline the check-in process and enhance visitor management, the Visitors App ensures a seamless experience for both guests and staff. Step 1. Setting up the app

  • Download and install the app on your device. You can find the links under "Settings / Apps / Visitors"

  • The first time that you open the app you will be taken to the sign in screen, enter your email address and your password

  • Select your workspace

  • The app will ask you to generate a passcode, you will receive it in your email after clicking "Generate my passcode"

  • Enter the passcode received

  • The app will ask you to create your own pass code.

  • The app will now be ready to start receiving visitors

Step 2. Check-in a visitor

  • Visitors will have the option to check in, check out, or select if this is a delivery.

  • If they select Check in, they will have the option to register a visit Scanning the QR code received when the visit was created, or entering their email address.

Scanning the QR code

  • Click the "Scan your QR code" button

  • The app will open your front camera

  • The user can now scan the QR code received in their email

  • The visit details will be displayed

  • Click the Check in button to proceed, the user will receive the confirmation screen

Using an email address

  • Click the Enter your email button

  • If the email address is the one used to register the visit, the visit details will be displayed

  • Click the Check in button to proceed, the user will receive the confirmation screen

  • If the email is not found, you will have the option to create a new visit, proceed to fill in the details and click confirm

Step 3. Reviewing the settings

  • On the main page, click the settings button located at the bottom right part of the screen

  • In here you can:

    1. Disconnect the space

    2. Set the Single App mode

    3. View the current app version and your Operating system version, this information is requested when submitting a ticket with us
