Step 1. Understanding the menu

After logging in, you will be directed to the home page, where you can find the left-hand navigation menu that provides quick access to various options.

  • Dashboard & Tasks: Quickly review information for upcoming meetings, bookings, tasks, and more.

  • Accounts: Manage everything related to creating, modifying, and reviewing accounts and teams.

  • Booking Management: Initiate bookings for different elements.

  • Visitor Management: Add and review information related to scheduled visits to your site.

  • Billing & Products: Review all aspects related to your products and financials.

  • CRM: Work with quotes, tours, and lead forms.

  • Ticketing System: Utilize your internal help desk to address any issues within your site.

  • Community: Interact with your customers through options like news feeds and events.

  • Communication: Share specific emails with designated accounts and/or teams.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Review performance and generate reports for your site.

  • Settings: Configure the necessary settings to run your site smoothly.

Quick access features:

  1. Search Functionality: Use the upper left search box to quickly find specific accounts.

  2. Quick Tasks Button: Next to the search box, the Quick Tasks button provides instant access to create items.
