Navigate and manage upcoming meetings, subscriptions, bookings, and tasks

This article reviews the "Dashboard & Tasks" section, where you can view daily information related to different sections of your workspace. For a complete overview, you can read the full article or watch the video.

On the left-hand menu, you can find the first option, which is the "Dashboard & Task." After logging in, you will be directed here. By default, you will see information of the current day.

  • To view another day, click on the date at the top of the section and choose the desired day.

  • Information is displayed per space, if you have more than one space, you can change the view by clicking the name of the current space, and selecting the desired space from the dropdown list.

  • Explore the following sections within the dashboard:

    • Meetings: Quick view of bookings for the day and the associated accounts.

    • Subscription Events: Information on currently active subscriptions and the corresponding accounts.

    • Quotes: Details of quotes awaiting approval in the selected time period.

    • Deposits: Check for any pending deposits to be refunded.

    • Check-ins: Review upcoming check-ins for day passes.

    • Unresolved Tickets: Check for internal tickets pending resolution.

    • Tasks:

      • Visualize all tasks created by clicking see more

      • To add a task, click "Add Task," specify the account for which the task should be completed, and confirm.

      • On the next screen, add the task details, assign who is going to be responsible in the "Assigned to" field, set due date and time, and confirm.

      • The task will be visible on the dashboard on the due day.

    • Recent Activity:

      • Offers a quick overview of the most recent site activities.
