Check-in a pass on behalf of a user.
On the main page, click "Booking management" and then click book a desk
To specify on whose behalf you would like to check-in a pass, click the "For" dropdown box at the top and select the user, if you have more than one workspace, you can select it by clicking the "At" dropdown box.
If the user has day passes available, you will see this option at the top
Click "check-in a pass"
Select the day when the pass will be used
Select the pass that you would like to consume
Click confirm
Archie tip: If credits have been included into the day pass, they need to be used in a regular booking process, you can refer to the Creating and managing room, desk, office, and resource bookings article
Reviewing check ins made by an account
Under the Accounts section, locate the account that you want to review and open it
Click the Passes tab
Locate the pass that you want to review, click the 3 dots button, and click See check-ins
You will be able to see the dates checked in for this pass
Archie tip: You can also review the check ins at a global level by going to Billing & products / Passes, in here, you can review all passes bought for your space, click the 3 dots button next to the pass that you want to review, and click "See check-ins".
Cancelling a check in
Under the Accounts section, locate the account that you want to review and open it
Click the Passes tab
Locate the pass that you want to review, click the 3 dots button, and click See check-ins
Click the cancel button on the check in that you wish to cancel.
The line will now be displayed as cancelled, and the check in will be added back to the account.
Archie tip: You can also cancel the check ins at a global level by going to Billing & products / Passes, click the 3 dots button next to the pass that you want to review, click "See check-ins", and click cancel on the check in that you wish to cancel.
