Creating an invoice
On the main page, click "Billing & products", click "Invoices", and click the "Invoices" tab.
Click the Actions button at the top right
Select "Create invoice"
Type the user that will be associated to this invoice
Click Confirm
Click the add line button
Type the name, description, and price of the item that you will be invoicing
Review the rest of the information and click Confirm
Repeat this step if you want to add another line
Once you are ready, click Send, and click:
Send: If you want just to set the invoice in open status
Open with email notification: If you want to set the invoice in open status and send an email to the admin of the account
Click Close
Archie tip: You can process a payment by clicking the 3 dots button next to the invoice recently created, and click "make a payment".
