Step by step instructions to create an Invoice

Creating an invoice

  • On the main page, click "Billing & products", click "Invoices", and click the "Invoices" tab.

  • Click the Actions button at the top right

  • Select "Create invoice"

  • Type the user that will be associated to this invoice

  • Click Confirm

  • Click the add line button

  • Type the name, description, and price of the item that you will be invoicing

  • Review the rest of the information and click Confirm

    • Repeat this step if you want to add another line

  • Once you are ready, click Send, and click:

    • Send: If you want just to set the invoice in open status

    • Open with email notification: If you want to set the invoice in open status and send an email to the admin of the account

  • Click Close

Archie tip: You can process a payment by clicking the 3 dots button next to the invoice recently created, and click "make a payment".
