Click "Confirm" to complete the refund process.
You can review the credit note recently created by going back to Invoices, and clicking the credit notes tab.
Archie tip: If you don't see the 'Refund from a payment processed with Archie' option, it means that the selected payment method does not match the one originally used to pay the invoice.
Using a different payment method or selecting the 'Refund outside of Archie' option will not trigger an automatic action. For instance, if you choose 'Check' as the payment method, it will need to be processed manually on your end
Archie tip #2: You can also initiate a refund by going to the account that you want to refund, click the Invoices tab, identify the Invoice that you want to refund, click the 3 dots button, click "Create a credit note", and follow the process described above.
