Reviewing all the transactions made within your space
To access the transactions view, navigate to the "Billing and Products" section on the main page and select the "Transactions" option.
Understanding the transaction status
A transaction line can have one of the following status:
Succeeded: The transaction was processed as expected
Processing: The transactions is currently in progress
Failed: The transaction could not be completed
Refund: The refund was successfully processed
Refund failed: The refund was not processed
Cancelled: The transaction was manually cancelled
An info icon can be found next to the status, hover your cursor over this icon to obtain more information about the transaction.
Reviewing a payment marked as Failed
The most common errors are:
Backend_messages: Stripe [Code error]
This error is related to the Stripe app, for more information about the code error, you can refer to the Stripe error codes link
Card was declined: The card associated to the account was not accepted
Archie tip: You can also review the transactions made for a specific account by going to the account and clicking the Transactions tab
