Creating a discount code
On the main page, click "Billing & Products" and then click Discount codes
Click the Actions button located at the top right part of the screen
Select:
Booking a discount code: To create a code that can be used with your bookings
Subscription discount code: To create a code that can be used with your Plans and Services
Purchase discount code: To create a code that can be used with your Products and Day passes
Type the code name, this is the code that you will be sharing with your clients
Specify the valid from and valid to dates for the coupon.
Select the element(s) to which you want to apply the coupon.
Set the number of coupons you want to create.
Enter the maximum number of redeems allowed per account.
Set the desired discount percentage.
You can click the percentage icon to select if you want to use a percentage or a specific amount
Set the Group(s) eligible for this discount
Additionally, you can specify custom users, and/or custom teams to whom the coupon will be available.
Once all details are set, click on the "Confirm" button to create the coupon.
You can proceed to share the created code with your intended audience through your preferred communication channel. Users will then have the option to enter this coupon code when purchasing the designated element.
