In Archie, the definition of an active user is based on specific actions taken within a billing month. An active user is someone who, within a billing month, subscribes to a plan, makes a booking, or receives an invoice.

For team accounts, if at least one individual from the company associated with the team account performs one of the actions defined above, all others under that team account are also considered active.

This means that you can keep as many accounts as desired in your personal and team accounts without archiving them, as long as they do not subscribe to a plan, make a booking, or receive an invoice within a billing month, they won't be considered as active.

Exception: Event Ticket Purchases:

It's worth mentioning that purchasing a ticket for an event, even if it involves payment and receipt of an invoice, does not classify an individual as an active user.

Archie tip: If you have a team account with people who do not utilize the software while others do, you can navigate to the company account, click on the three dots button next to the person listed under the "members" tab, and click delete to remove them from the team account.
