In this article, we will review the steps required to integrate your Zapier account with Archie. Before starting these steps, you must have already created an account in Zapier.
Zapier allows you to create automatic tasks for specific actions, most of the settings will be done from the Zapier portal.
Step 1. Get your API token in Archie
Go to Settings/Integrations/App market place
Locate the Zapier account and click View integration
Copy the API token, we will be using this token in the next step
Step 2. Access your Zapier account
Log into the Zapier portal
Go to Zaps and click Create Zap
Click the Trigger field
Search for the Archie app and select it
Select the Event desired from the right list and click Continue
You will be prompted to connect your Archie account
Click the Sign in button
Add the API key obtained in the first step, and click Yes, Continue to Archie
Click the Action field and set the action that you desire
Publish your Zap

Step 3. Reviewing your Zapier integration in Archie
Go to "Settings/Integrations/App marketplace"
Locate the Zapier app and click View integration
After you publish your first Zap, you will see that the app is Connected
Click the Mapping tab to view all the current active Zaps
Archie tip: Actions can't be performed from this part, to create, delete, or modify a Zap, you will need to log in directly into the Zapier portal.
