The Kiosk App is a powerful addition to our regular service plans. It allows you to display room availability on a large touch screen device. By integrating this app into your site, your users can effortlessly browse room availability and make reservations in real-time.
Available as an add-on to your regular plan, activating the Kiosk App is a simple process. Contact our team to enable this feature for your site.
Setup Instructions
Enable the Kiosk App:
Once the Kiosk App has been enabled on your site, Navigate to System/Apps/ Kiosk.
Make sure that the “Enable the Kiosk App” option is turned on.
Access the Kiosk Page:
After enabling the feature, a unique link will be generated.
Load this link on your big touch screen device
Archie App: To ensure a seamless experience, lock the browser so that users can only interact with the Kiosk link.
Site Operation
The link will load your previously defined floor plan.
Click here to select which floor do you want to see
Use this field to select the date and time, by default, the page will load the current time
Use this field to filter out by category
Use this option to find out who is in on the date and time selected
Use the floor map to select which element do you want to book
If the element is Green, it is available for the time selected
If the element is Gray, it is already booked the time selected
Once you click in the element desired, the system will show the information of the element and a button to confirm the date and time.
After confirming the time, the system will prompt you to enter your email address and password, and click Sign in
After the credentials have been entered, the system will show a summary of the booking, click the Confirm button to proceed withe reservation.
The user doing the reservation will receive an email from the system with the booking information.
Click Close to return to the main page.
