In this article, we will review the steps required to integrate your DoorFlow account with Archie. Before starting these steps, we strongly suggest that you have already created an account in DoorFlow.

DoorFlow is an app designed to help you track visitors and maintain an updated presence log. With its integration, DoorFlow can monitor and record entries when someone accesses a door using a key card, PIN, key fob, or similar method. The app will notify Archie whenever a user accesses or exits the space and will automatically create a log entry for each event.

This integration also allows you to assign locks to specific rooms and elements, ensuring that access is only available during the times specified β€” for example, when a room is booked.

You must install physical readers and associate them to your DoorFlow account so they can be used with Archie.

Step 1. Integrating your DoorFlow account with Archie

  • Go to "Settings / Integrations / App marketplace"

  • Locate the DoorFlow app and click "View Integration"

  • Click "Connect DoorFlow account"

  • You will be redirected to the DoorFlow Sign in screen

  • Add your credentials and click Sign in

  • You are now ready to start using this app
