  • How can I request a feature or give feedback?

    • Email us at info@arcol.io or use the in-app chat, found in the bottom right when you’re in Arcol.

  • What are the technical requirements for running Arcol?

    • Arcol runs in your browser, so it works on any computer. For the best experience, we recommend using a newer, high-performance device.

    • We currently only support chromium-based browsers, so Arcol cannot be accessed on Safari or IE.

  • What file formats can I import?

    • You can read more about this here

    • We currently support the following formats for import

      • Images → jpg, jpeg, png

      • 3D Models → fbx, glb, gltf, ifc, obj, stl, 3dm

      • DWG/DXF → dwg, dxf

  • What file formats can I export?

    • You can read more about this here

    • We currently support the following formats for export

      • Images → jpg

      • 3D Model → glb, stl, revit via add-in

      • Data → csv

  • What is Arcol’s pricing model?

    • Arcol is priced per user and can be billed monthly or annually
