  • Average cost per sqf or sqm

  • Average yield per sqf or sqm

  • Total income of project

The total cost is shown as a percentage of budget beside the Cost section header.

Site, Building, and Parking cost is shown in dollars - to view as a percentage, hover on the corresponding section of the bar chart in the Cost section.

Setting a budget

To set a budget:

  1. Hover on the Cost section of the Metrics sidebar and click the settings button that appears in the top right. This will open the Cost Parameters menu.

  2. Enter a value in the Budget input

Setting cost per function/parking type

The total cost is calculated by multiplying a cost per sqf/sqm by the total area of site functions, building functions, and parking types.

To set the cost per function/parking type, open the Cost Parameters menu and on the Costs tab enter a value for each input in the Site Function - Cost per ft/m, Building Function - Cost per ft/m, and Parking Type - Cost per ft/m sections.

Setting income per function/parking type

The total income is calculated by multiplying a cost per sqf/sqm by the total area of building functions.

To set the cost per building function, open the Cost Parameters menu and on the Income tab enter a value for each input in the Building Function - Income for ft/m section.
