Custom sheets

Custom sheets are used for reusable title blocks or typical sheet sets. They can be published for use on future projects.

Creating a custom sheet

To create a custom sheet:

  1. While on a board, select 1 or more sheets

  2. Click the Create custom sheet button that appears in the right column

    1. You can also right click on a sheet and create a custom sheet

Using a custom sheet

  1. Once added you add a custom sheet you can use this as a template for all future sheet sets you create

Renaming a custom sheet

To rename a custom sheet:

  1. Click the Sheet button in the toolbar to see the sheets right sidebar

  2. Right click on the custom sheet you want to rename and select Rename from the menu

  3. Edit the name as desired and press Enter to save the new name. Alternatively you can press Escape to discard changes if you haven’t yet pressed Enter.

Publishing a custom sheet

Publishing a custom sheet will make it available to all users from your organization.

To publish a custom sheet:

  1. Click the Sheet button in the toolbar to see the sheets right sidebar

  2. Right click on the custom sheet you want to rename and select Publish from the menu

Deleting a custom sheet

To delete a custom sheet:

  1. Click the Sheet button in the toolbar to see the sheets right sidebar

  2. Right click on the custom sheet you want to rename and select Delete from the menu

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting a published custom sheet will remove it from all users in your organization. This action cannot be undone.
