Shapes & lines on boards

Shapes and the line tool

  1. While on a board, click the shape or line button in the toolbar

  2. If the rectangle tool is not currently active in the button, click the down arrow beside the button and select Rectangle or Ellipse from the dropdown.

    1. Click and drag on the canvas to create the rectangle or ellipse

    2. Hold Shift while dragging if you want to create a scaled shape

  3. If using the line tool you can select the Line or Pencil tool from the drop down
