Arcol boards provide an infinite canvas for whiteboarding, moodboarding, and documentation via sheets. Sheet sets let you bundle up a selection of sheets into a shareable link.

To share access to a sheet set:

  1. Sharing access to a sheet set allows invitees to jump directly into Arcol with you and view the sheet set (typically this is how you share with your internal team)

  2. Click the Share button in the top right of the project toolbar

  3. From here you can add emails and provide them with editor or viewer access

  4. You can also share edit or view access with the copy link button in the share modal

To share a sheet set:

  1. Sharing a sheet set as a link gives anyone with that link a live-linked view to see the sheet set and changes that are made β€” but this does not give them access to your Arcol project (typically this is how you share with external teams).

  2. Click the Present icon in the top right of the project toolbar

  3. This will open a new tab that can be shared with anyone who will get access to the same presentation

This is the view anyone you share the link with will get:

To edit a sheet or sheet set:

  1. On the main sheet sets page, click on the sheet set that you want to edit to make changes to size and layout

  2. You will also be able to select which sheets are included in the sheet set link

  3. To edit the name of an individual sheet, click on the name at the top of the edit menu

  4. To edit the name of a sheet set change from the boards menu on the left navigation panel

How to reorder sheet sets:

  1. To reorder sheet sets go into presentation view using the Present icon

  2. Click and drag the sheets once in this view to reorder

Note: Sheet sets update in real-time. If edits are made in the project to items on the sheet set, the sheet set will update automatically and anyone viewing the sheet set link will see the changes immediately.
