You can create and edit your Product environment from the ArcSite User Site. The ArcSite user site is a browser-based password-protected site where these sorts of setup tasks can be done.

Adding Products
To create a Product, click on the + New Product button while on the Product tab for any Product category.
Required Product fields:
Name - The name of the Product
Visual Type - How the Bundle will be added to the screen, as a Line, Area, or Shape
Visual - How visually that type will appear on the screen. Options vary based on the visual type selected.
Drawing Unit - What unit will initially be collected by using Product
Optional Product fields:
SKU - Used to enter Vendor or model numbers
Description - Further defining the product beyond the Products name. Can be shown in the output documents

Creating and Managing Product Groups
Steps to Create a New Product Group:
To create a new Product Group or edit an existing one, click on the Product Group button while on the Product Bundles tab for any product category.
Click + New Group in the lower left corner
Add name in Name of Group field
Click + Add a Product button at the bottom right to select Products
Click Save button

Steps to Create a New Bundle
Step 1 - Click on the + New Bundle button while on the Product Bundles tab for any product category.
Step 2 - Fill in the Bundle dialog
Bundle - A name is required
Visual Type - can be Line, Area, or Shape
Visual - How visually this Bundle will appear on the screen. Options vary based on the visual type selected.
Unit - Select a measurement unit matching the Visual Type
Tap on + Add Product, + Add Bundle, or Product Group to add the items that will make up this bundle
Once the items have been added, determine the quantities of each. Type a number in the entry field or tap on the Calculation Type icon to the right of the entry field
