Who is behind it?
The Arctic Hub has been created by the European Commission under the Copernicus Program. Copernicus is a mission that uses Earth observation satellites and ground-based sensors to provide accurate, up-to-date information on environmental and climate changes to help policymakers and citizens make informed decisions.
