Updating your info, notification settings, changing your password, and editing your Roles.

We understand that keeping your profile up-to-date is crucial. That's why we've made it simple for you to update your information, notification preferences, password, and even customize your roles. Your profile is your personal space, containing essential details like your name, mobile number, email, and roles.

How do I view and edit my profile?

Just click the circular icon at the bottom left-hand corner of any page (right under the notification bell). Then, select My Account from the drop-down menu. Voila! Edit and update your user information as you wish.

How can I receive notifications for critical events?

Our account page offers notifications via Email, SMS, and Push. Just activate at least one channel, and you'll never miss out on important updates.

How do I change my password?

Simply visit your profile page and hit the Change Password button. Security and simplicity, hand in hand!

What if I forget my password?

  1. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive password reset instructions.

  3. Password reset flow

    1. For US and EU datacenter: Select SMS verification or security questions method. Type in your new password, SMS code or security question answers and then click Reset Password.

    2. Password reset for JP datacenter: Type in your new password, security question answers and then click Reset Password.
