Door monitoring comprises of two things:
The ability to associate a video view with a door to view a physical door remotely
The ability to grant access to a door remotely
Door monitoring can be done on the dashboard or when viewing details of a door in various parts of the web platform.
Adding door monitoring to your home dashboard
If you have Access Control Roles, you can add a Door Monitoring widget to your home dashboard.
Click the Add Widget button, then Select Door Monitoring, and you will see a list of Doors you can choose from to add to your dashboard.
Door Monitoring from Devices List
When viewing Doors in the device list, door monitoring allows integrators or IT admins to physically view doors while configuring or trouble-shooting.
