During the Month End wizard, the validation alert Possible Duplication of Transactions is raised when there are a number of similar transactions entered to a single horse.

The name of the horse/s involved is quoted in the error. To resolve this alert, check to see if a data entry error has occurred, such as a procedure double entered on the same date.

It is strongly recommended that all Month End validation issues are resolved, and validation is re-run to ensure your Month End statements are correct.

If you proceed without addressing validation errors, there is a chance that owners could be over-charged for transactions.
