The Validate button in the horse owners screen will fast become your best friend when make changes to horse ownership.

Ardex strongly recommends using the Validate button both before and after changes are made.

The most important outcome when adjusting horse ownership is that the total ownership of a horse adds up to exactly 100%.

If a horse does not validate to 100%, it will be overlooked during Month End billing.

If a horse does not Validate correctly, invoicing will be affected for the owners of that particularly horse. Ownership validation exceptions are displayed during the Month End process, and it is important that they are dealt with when as and when they arise.

In the event that ownership does not tally correctly, Ardex will provide a date where to look for the problem.

Ardex not only checks the present day ownership status, but it will also indicate when historical ownership doesn't equal 100%.
