You can add documents including PDF files and images when recording a Procedure in Ardex.

Navigate to procedures as normal, and fill in the standard required fields including the Horse name, Procedure type and Worksheet message.

Click Add in the small box under 'Attachment', and you will be prompted to locate the file to attach to the procedure as it is recorded.

Click Add to the right to record the procedure against the horse/s involved.
