Service Fee Invoices are used to charge the owners of Mares for an arranged mating with a nominated Stallion.
To create invoices for stallion service fees;
Click Main > Bookings
Click Create Service Invoices to open the Create Service Fees window
At the bottom of the screen, select parameters such as breeding season and any other criteria
Click Refresh List
A list of bookings based on your criteria will be displayed. Select the mare whose owners you wish to create an invoice
Click Create Invoices to generate the Service Invoice for your client/s, or,
To print multiple service invoices;
Click to the left of the Mare name at the top of the list
Scroll to the bottom of the list
While holding ‘SHIFT’, click to the left of the Mare name at the bottom of the list. This will highlight all mares between the first and last selected.
Click Print Invoices to generate invoices for all selected mares.
