A Service Contract is generally entered into prior to having a Mare served by a Stallion.
A stallion service contract is an MS Word file containing the message you wish to convey, with insertion points for key data including Stallion and mare name, owner details, address, service charges and more.
To create a Service Contract template, contact Ardex with the request and we can assist.
To generate a Service Contract;
Click Main - Bookings
Click Find and locate the Service Contract template saved on your computer
Click Generate Contract to populate the contract with the specifics of the nomination
