Once an expense has been paid, you are prevented from making changes to the record in Ardex. You can however make small adjustments to certain fields using the Fine Tune button.
Things that can be edited via Fine Tune are;
Date
Due Date
Expense Code
Tax Code and Tax amount
Comments
X-Ref
When you click Fine Tune, the following screen is displayed.
Once changes have been made, click Save to commit these to Ardex.
