To upload a mail merge file to the Ardex Remote Desktop:
Create the mail merge in MS word format and save it to the top level of your C Drive
Open your remote desktop connection and INCLUDE ALL LOCAL RESOURCES through Options
In the remote session open Thunderbird and write an email message to yourself
Before sending, attach the MS word document from Network >TS Client > C Drive
Go to sent items and open the attachment in MS Word in the remote desktop session
Save to web page filtered format on the remote desktop, then start your mail merge
