If Windows Updates runs, and after that Ardex won’t open, the steps to follow are:
Restart computer
Click ‘START’ button at the bottom left of screen
Type ‘services’ then launch the Services app
Click ‘View Local Services’
Scroll down to the service ‘SQL Server (xxxxxxxxx)’
Click to highlight that service and choose ‘Start this Service’ on the left side of the screen
Launch Ardex
