In some cases, a client may complain that he/she is not receiving communications, even though they were sent the email.

To reduce issues with Ardex generated e-mail messages being treated as SPAM and not delivered, we would recommend to:

  • Contact your IT support provider (whoever setup your mail server ‘horseracingaustralia.com.au’)

  • Ask them to add an 'SPF record' for horseracingaustralia.com.au

  • The SPF record should be: “v=spf1 include:spf.ardex.com.au include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all”

Note: admin@horseracingaustralia.com.au is used as a sample company email above.

Adding an SPF record to your mail server helps in making sure that your email server is marked as a safe sender for emails. You could also contact the people who recently reported e-mail delivery failures, and ask them to contact their email server administrator, and request that ardex.com.au be added as a safe sender for email (whitelist).
