Go to Main > Horses and click to highlight a horse, and then click the Progress button at the right hand side of the screen
You can type progress notes on the bottom of the screen and click OK
Files such as JPG image or PDF document, voice recording, videos, etc. may be attached to the progress note by clicking Choose Attachment
Once you have chosen the file to attach and entered a title and description. select Use and Close
Once the progress note is added, a communication will be generated for sending to owners in Reporting > Communications.
Note: Horse progress notes and voice recordings result in generation of owner communications for sending, just as system procedures outlined above do. If requested, Ardex may set-up certain types of owner communications to send automatically when created, but auto communications will not be activated by default.
