In most Ardex databases, the ‘Profiles’ and ‘Profile Groups’ tabs will not display in Options and Settings. These tabs will only display if you request that Profiles functions are activated in your database. Profiles is a feature that allows for advanced marketing and communications activities via Ardex.

Profiles are considered to be an advanced function in Ardex, and significant training is required to make effective use of profile group functions. There is a detailed user guide available just on Profiles and Profile Groups, so the details won’t be covered here.

To give some idea on how profiles work, if you wanted print custom invitations to be sent only to owners in your database who spent more than $50,000 on stallion service fees in the years 2013 to 2015, who also live in a certain state, and you wanted the name of the youngest mare owned by each person to print on the invitation, then profiles would potentially allow you to do this.
