In Ardex Premier you can set a default discount percentage for some owners with whom you may have a special relationship. You may select which services are eligible for discount, for example agistment or training, and you may confirm or modify discount percentages to be applied on a horse by horse basis.
All this information flows through to the month end process Apply Discounts screen. Leave all discount transactions which you intend to apply ticked, but remove a tick from any discounts you do not wish to apply. If discounts continue to be listed at month end which you do not wish to apply, you may edit discount percentages in the horse information window under the owners tab.
Note that the default discount percentage for a horse owner is set in the More Details tab on the owner record. Single-click the Process button to apply the owner discounts selected, then click the Next button to progress to the Apply Interest screen.
