To add files on Ardex Remote desktop, simply:
On Ardex Remote, go to Libraries > Network > tsclient (If you do not see this option, select Organize > Layout > Navigation Pane)
Go to C: drive
Locate the folder on your desktop where you saved the files (usually this would be in Users > current user folder)
Open the file and save to desktop
To upload files directly onto Ardex Premier;
On Ardex, select upload/add
When browsing for a file, go to Network > tsclient
Go to C: drive
Locate the folder on your desktop where you saved the files (usually this would be in Users > current user folder)
Note: Before logging in to the remote desktop connection, it is crucial that all local resources are ticked/enabled. Otherwise, you will not be able to see the local folders. To ensure that these are ticked, on the login window, select Show Options > Local Resources > More... and tick all local devices and resources.
