It is indeed convenient for an owner to receive just one email for updates for all horses they own that are in your care. To do this, simply go to Communications and select a grouping option.
Group by Person - this option will ensure that each owner receives just one message containing information relating to all horses they own (rather than a number of separate messages).
Group by Horse - this option is not often used, and will group messages by horse.
